BB ECM in London

Can anyone in the industry tell me about these groups and their working hours / pay / life?

I'm really interested in ECM (even if it is looked down upon on this site) and would like to know more about this product group. Does anyone there have any experience of these groups. I've gathered from my own personal research s that hours in these groups are variable but usually from 8 - 10pm but would really value industry insights. How often will you work all nighters and weekends?
