BB IB to 3rd tier VC? Worth it?

Currently at a BB focused on tech, and have an offer from a 3rd tier early VC.

Would it be any useful to go a firm like this? Or would it be more useful to wait out and transition into a better named firm like a Tier 1 like A16z, Sequoia (albeit very unlikely). Thought?

Would you say a corporate VC at a large tech company would be better than a small VC (200-300M in fund size) but known in its specific space?
