BB IBD FT Start
Do BB's allow FT to start Jan 2012?
I have a summer offer from a top BB, and am graduating in Jan 2012. Anyone ever heard of this being possible?

Is this offer for 2011 or 2012 summer? Speak to HR. Maybe not because the whole class goes for training together, depends on how big the place is (the bigger the less likely I think). If not, enjoy yourself. do something fun before you get locked down. if you need the money find something that pays that you've always wanted to try. God knows you not going to get the chance for awhile after you start.
You should be able to start whenever you want if HR and your team is fine with it, you will still get the training which is then just relaxing I guess if you have already worked at the place for a few months (this is for BBs).

Know someone in S&T who started in Jan, know another in S&T who started a week after he finished is SA. Dont know about IBD tho.
