I could be wrong, but I don't think historic salary affects prospective comp unless you're entering at a associate+1 role. And even then, any incentive payments would not be categorized as "salary", but would most likely be included in a "signing bonus."
Pretty sure you'll get paid street or street+1 in terms of your base, with end-of-year bonus being based off individual performance + firm performance.
