UK, 500 - 800 a week with 1, or 2,k relocation allowance. Most US firms pay 60k pro rata with some offering relocation and overtime.

if you do the math, most bb pay 60 prorated + 2k
bi-weekly, you get 2.5k
2.5212 = 60 1222 = 48
assumption: 1 yr = 48 wks
