BB sales vs boutique trading
Hi all I am a markers sales associate at a BB and I have received a trading job at a smaller shop. The base is lower and size of the business is much smaller. But I have always wanted to do trading. Internal transfer could be possible but not easy. Shall I accept it or look for opportunity? Some people told me that changing job for lower pay and to a smaller bank is a career suicide so just want to get more opinions on this..
