85k prorated. I've heard 2k relocation bonus is standard. Some BBs pay overtime, not sure if it's standard. I know my EB offer didn't have overtime.
It doesn't matter, silly summer analyst. Convert the offer then shop it.
Some BB offices in SF pay 1.5x hourly after 40 hours, which amount to approximately $60/hour. That makes up for a very lucrative summer.
I interned in a MM sophomore summer that paid like this - made way, way more than my junior BB summer at $85k pro-rated
I didn't realize hourly pay was a thing. Most are on a prorated salary and if you start doing the math on hourly pay you're just going to upset yourself.
Last summer I was at a BB in NYC and all SA (IB, ER, S&T, AM, etc) made $85k prorated. We then made half time for all hours over 40 in a given week (i.e. every week). Over the course of 10 weeks I made like $22K-$23K.
