Do EBs have the same rigorous 3 year limits per level that BBs? For example if you’re good at BB, you’re limited to time to growth , 3 yr ASO, 3 year VP, 3 yr ED. I’ve seen people jump on LinkedIn from VP to MD via a lateral.
Are EBs at least 3 yr per level too (internal)?
