BB&T Investment Banking Analyst Program

Does anyone on this forum work at BB&T or know someone who does? I feel like their analyst program isn't as strong based in Virginia as the BB's or MM banks in NYC or other big cities but would probably be a good place to start a career, no? Just looking for some insight if anyone has it. Thanks in advance

Obviously it isn't as good as BBs or the top tier MMs (Blair, Baird, HL), but it is still a decent shop. Some BB&T guys get into MM PE and mezz/debt funds. Like others, it isn't the best pure advisory shop, but there are some decent groups: Transpo, Industrials, Automotive. BB&T's sponsor coverage and representation is quite solid.

A&D used to be solid in DC area (former Windsor), but it was poached and there is nothing left.
