beard in banking (including picture)

The title pretty much says it already but I wanna some background.

Me considering to wear a beard in a banking internship is not based on my preference for beards or the sheer unwillingness to sacrifice something for getting a chance to break into the industry. It's more the fact that, given that I'm bald, my appearance without any facial hair is that of an utter creep. For real, even if I get a proper tan etc, you would have a hard time telling if I've got a serious disease or so. And as I didn't wear a beard for the first three years of being bald (started balding 3.5 years ago) I had countless encounters that corroborated this view. On the orhter hand, my appearance changed dramatically with wearing a beard. People approach me much more frequently. Especially women.

Other posts on this forum mentioned that having a clean beard in banking might not be an issue. Have you guys had any colleagues wearing a beard? Additionally, would you score the beard in the attached picture (not me, but just an ad from another website) as being sufficiently clean to wear in an internship? I'm especially referring to its length, as I would probably know how to let it appear a little more clean on the bottom.
