Become more detail-oriented?
"Detail-oriented" is a term that's thrown around a lot. This is somewhat innate, but it is also a skill that be can refined. Does anyone have advice within their underwriting process for becoming more detail-oriented and limiting small modeling mistakes that become massive bombs?
