It's a good living if you don't mind talking to people, cold calling, rejection, etc. The one headhunter I know brings home between 200-400k depending on the year and works no more than 50 hours a week. And he takes a lot of vacations because he can just work on vacation for 3-4 hours a day and not miss much.
