Anyone else think behavioral mock interviews are stupid? I feel like more often than not, people will try to prepare their behavioral answers (which is obviously fine and encouraged) but then spend a shit ton of time mocking them.
I feel like this makes people sound way more robotic and inauthentic. Just know your story and like say it.
