Being laid off a deal breaker?
I worked at a bank on the corporate finance/FP&A side and got laid off earlier this month. My whole team got laid off except for my manager who got shifted to a different org. Is it a deal breaker if my goal is to move to a ib roll. Will people automatically assume it was a performance based layoff?
