Berkery Noyes - M&A

I'm currently working in Equity Research in the Houston market. I'm considering moving up to NY to work at a boutique bank in their M&A IB group and become a little more of a "generalist" and work in some more interesting industries (O&G is interesting, but it's probably not for me). That said, I'm wondering if anybody has any insights to offer on Berkery Noyes? Street Cred? Culture? Pay? Deal flow looks awesome and it looks like they have a pretty solid MD group, but it's hard to tell any details. Any info would be very helpful.
