Pretty much all the big banks really good, if outside US. Moving to the US is the hardest, but a few BBs are good with it.
Have seen MS and JP be pretty decent for internal mobility.
It's always very hard to move to US from UK though.
Know Roths offers secondments, lots of people I know went to NY / LA
