Best Bank to work at?

This isn’t another “most prestigious bank” or “highest paying bank” BS repetitive post.

I want to know the BEST bank to work at in conjunction with:

-exit opps -culture -salary -bonus -prestige -hours

At the analyst level. Do your best to consider all variables and make note of which were compromised.

(I can do this if I look at reviews and salaries but it would be interesting to hear the industries take)
