Best banks to become career bankers?

Curious to know which banks provide the best opportunity/culture if u want to become a career banker (reach senior management level) eventually? I have heard from my network that some banks actually provided management training programs for juniors and have clearly outlined paths to reach management positions. Are these mostly BBs or are EBs/MMs known for doing this as well?

CVP is definitely up there. MMs also tend to be good due to their generally better culture

I think it is largely dependent on the people that are in your current group. If you have a team that is collaborative, senior people that are willing to mentor you and treat you like an equal, then that is the definition of a place you can become a career banker in. Unfortunately, finding out the culture of a group isn't so simple unless people have posted about said group here.

CVP hires people with the idea that they can one day be partners.
