What do you think of the UBS+CS C&R group now after the deal? Couple of MDs moved there recently from Barclays. CS C&R did the Albertsons deal last year..
BofA C&R is kind of a joke. Anything that takes more than 10% brainpower is sent to the M&A group. They like to say they have the option to hold pen on the model but MDs will tell the M&A group to run the real model in the background and let C&R think they are doing technical work. Always incredibly funny to see what they come up with.
If not running the model then what are they even doing? Reformatting Strip profiles from the offshore team and making market landscape pages?
