Best books on M&A Law?

I’m trying to expand my knowledge of the diligence process/IOI/LOI terms by reading a few M&A law books in my spare time. I have found a few so far that I’m planning on reading:

  1. Mergers and Acquisitions: A Step-by-Step Legal and Practical Guide

  2. The Art of M&A, Fourth Edition: A Merger Acquisition Buyout Guide 4th Edition4th Edition

  3. Mergers and Acquisitions Playbook

Does anyone have any other suggestions or good PDF links?
