Best Cities: in Terms of Income vs Learning

1- Which cities give the highest net income (-Tax, costs of living) for

Investment banking analysts, Sales & Traders, Other Front Office/ Middle office roles.

I was thinking maybe New york, Hong Kong or Dubai (no tax).

2- Which cities provide the most hardcore training and skill development

I was thinking maybe New york, London or Paris.

Any insight is appreciated! thank you!
