How did you enjoy your garden leave and what would you have done differently?
Let's be straight.
While the Great Resignation is raging, I feel a lot of people have thought about changing their job or taking some time off.
As I didn't really have time to plan my garden leave (thx banking hours), I ended doing less than initially anticipated. For future reference, and because I now realize how valuable these breaks are, are you thinking about time some time off and what would you do during that period?
