Best group/team at UBS London (Incoming Analyst)

Hey, I am an incoming analyst and have to choose a group at UBS London. What are the best groups in terms of deal flow, culture, work-life balance, and exit opportunities? I am currently thinking of choosing M&A, FIG, TMT, or Consumer. My plan is to move to NY after working in London for a few years.

Any advice would be extremely helpful.
