Best Industrials team in NYC or CHI

I'll kick-off IB recruiting next year and was wondering which industrials groups are considered to be top in New York or Chicago? I heard GS has a great group deal-flow wise, but not so much culture-wise.

Also, which sub-verticals are considered the hottest within industrials (deal-flow or exit wise)?

for NYC it has to be Goldman

for CHI there isn't a clear cut no. 1 - Goldman, JPM, and Greenhill (legacy Lehman team) all have great industrials team
