Where were you?
You are pigeonholed only if you don’t like Real Estate. Otherwise it opens all the doors to REPE funds (Blackstone/Brookfield/Starwood…), REITs, developers etc.
Used to work at mid BB (BAML/Citi/UBS) and the culture was far better than tech, FIG, consumer groups…
