Best Internship opportunity to get into Investment Banking
Hello, I am currently a rising junior interested in Investment Banking.
I have several options for internship this fall and was wondering which option would benefit me the most
option #1 Continue my summer internship at MSSB PWM
option #2 a small private equity firm as a research assistant
option #3 Internship at Office of Comptroller of Currency (OCC) which is a division under department of treasury that regulates national banks
This one is obvious.
Private equity.
What leveRAGE said.
Agreed. And PE is closely related to IB so you'll get some good relevant experience too. I wouldnt worry too much about the size of the firm.
What about if it was just between the PWM and OCC?
Best internship to get into investment banking is an internship in investment banking (boutique, non-paid internship)
