Best Masters in Finance Programs for a Career in IB

I started recruiting late for IB with a non-business school degree (rising Junior in a semi-target). I would be interested in pursuing a master's in finance for the opportunity to receive another chance at recruiting next year as well as a passion for learning finance. If I drop my minor I can graduate a year early, so I see this as a viable option. Does anyone have any guidance on what programs are best for this type of recruitment?

Hello

I’m a student (Undergraduate-Finance) trying to break into the industry, I recently got a shadow day/tour thing. I asked about masters and higher education and they said that it’s not always necessary. They said they did financial exams when they got employment and the firm paid for them. These exams and qualifications were equal to masters. These financial exams seemed quite broad however I haven’t done a lot of research on these exams so can’t say much more.

I think if you can get in, take the opportunity. I spoke to an employer, they hate gaps if you got for your masters or you go into some sort of Financial work it’s something to have, experience or education, just don’t have a gap.

Hope this helped. Good luck
