How can you get PE if you can’t get IB?
Because a lot of them explicitly tell you there is no chance of conversion - so people tend to not apply and focus on IB. But I agree with you that larger firms internships in PE in the UK do require some traction from IB as in Spring weeks or even summer analyst role
