Best place to find resume and cover page advice part II

I'm pulling my hair out over my resume (which is kinda funny cause I don't have hair). I have gone to all kinds of websites including Vault to get cover page and resume advice. Its generally generic. I'm fine with the format and everything what I'm more concerned about is the CONTENT. Am I saying the right thing? Does anybody care about what I have on here or are people just laughing at my resume? A while back I ran accross a service that was willing to examine your resume specifically for banking but the bookmark I thought I had is no where to be found. Has anybody else heard of a service like that?

1) We rarely read cover letters (see the Q&A I posted on my site today for more on this). Don't worry too much about the cover letter.

2) Obviously resume format is important, content is as well. Be very specific with what you did and what you accomplished and show results instead of just saying what your responsibilities or plans were. Use numbers where possible. It's hard to be more specific than this without seeing your resume.

3) For banking jobs you also want some kind of interest in finance/business to come across on the resume as well.
