find anything on central line or district/circle. Stratford is actually quite nice if you don't mind the commute. Also whitechapel, wapping, bermondsey, old street (if you like commuting via bus). Obviously you will need roommates cuz rent is pretty crazy recently

 

Looking to fill an empty room on Spareroom would be much more economical. But if you're determined to live on your own, centrally and in that budget then maybe around Whitechapel? Big Bangladeshi community these days hence a bit cheaper
