Best Teams at UBS London - Summer Analyst 2026

Hi guys, first time I am posting here!

I got an offer in the Global Banking division of UBS's 2026 summer program in London, and I'm beginning to gather information about the various teams to define my preferences.

I would love to hear your feedback on UBS in London as a whole or on particular teams (reputation, prestige, deal flow, culture, historical conversion rates for summer interns, exits, etc.).

Thanks a lot!

Investment Banking Mock Interview

“I had an excellent experience during the investment banking mock interview. The interviewer demonstrated a high level of professionalism, extensive industry knowledge, and a genuine commitment to helping me improve. The interview was very well structured, with challenging and relevant questions that closely reflected the expectations of a real investment banking recruitment process. I particularly appreciated the quality of the feedback, which was detailed, constructive, and tailored to my performance. The interviewer not only highlighted areas for improvement but also provided practical, actionable recommendations on how to strengthen my answers, structure my reasoning, and communicate more effectively. Overall, it was an extremely valuable learning experience that has significantly contributed to my preparation and confidence for upcoming interviews. I would highly recommend this interviewer to anyone preparing for investment banking recruitment.”

Investment Banking Other

“Great advice. Really helped me think through the offer I have on the table and the other processes I am a part of, and how to approach them in a way that maximizes my outcomes. Overall I'm really pleased with how the session went, and came out of it with a lot more certainty about my future and how it's going to look. Mr. Schudmak was also generally great: very reassuring and communicated really clearly regarding what my next steps should be and the things I should consider when deciding on the path forward.”
