Best way to go about getting a gig at Allen and Company (for FT)

Hey Guys,

I'm currently a Junior in college, and I just accepted an offer for a BB SA position at a regional office. I've always been interested in Allen - I don't particularly have any interest in exiting to PE, and I think TMT is a great space - but didn't want to try for SA because I heard they have a very informal summer internship program. I was wondering if anyone had any recent experience with Allen (the last WSO post is from 2016), and whether they even consider any non-connected people for FT positions. I love the team I'm interning with next summer, so really it is only Allen I'd try for FT over them. Thanks for all of the help!
