Best Way to Look Into Buy-Side
Anyone have any tips on how to break into buy-side ?
I got my first internship at a BB and the group is solid, but it is not something I am as passionate about. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Get your return offer first
Yes definitely prioritized, but going from there any advice?
Not "prioritized". Get your offer first
got it. Thanks
Are you in IB?
PE is a bit different because you don't really "break in" - the HHs come to you, networking won't help you. Best way to get in is to be in a good group and be ready for on-cycle by spending a bit of time with prep materials the summer before you start FT.
Yes in IB
Idk if this is really true that networking won’t help you at all.. especially if you are at a worse group in BB or in MM. I’ve had a few good convos with people at places that led to referrals vs. headhunters.
Spend 15 minutes googling/searching the forum lol
