Best Way to Understand Changes in 3 Statements

Hello monkeys. I am currently prepping for interviews and it simply is not clicking. I am really trying to understand the underlying fundamentals of how a change in “x” flows through the statements. What are the best methods? Memorizing the standard $10 depreciation is not cutting it. Appreciate it!
