Rosenbaum definitely. The book is more applicable for investment banking interviews.
Why not read both? You can likely get them at your school's library and whatever you don't understand in one book, you can read in the other.
They're not short books, and I think networking would be of much more benefit then reading the Valuation book.
Rosenbaum if only choosing one. You're not allocating your time effectively if there isn't time to read more than one book.
