Big 4 NPL Solutions

For EMEA. Does anyone have any further information on the NPL / Portfolio Solutions landscape in Europe? From what i understand having gone through few processes, apparently the Big 4 and Alantra are the dominant players here?

Specifically, wanted to know: 1) Who are the market leaders, alongside Alantra? 2) Is your bonus structure different from the rest of TAS / Deals / CF? 3) Exit opps ? Understand from previous posts around RE NPL servicing that distresses funds are a possibility. How about single name distressed investors as well as the broader buyside landscape? 4) Do you also do M&A within the same team?

Many thanks!

FWIW KPMGs NPL team was bought by Alantra c.12 months ago.

Salary and bonus was same as other Deals teams

Not sure on other Big 4, but know they were well regarded and others started teams to compete.
