Big Decision: UK or USA

I need to make the biggest decision of my life in the next two months.

Choice 1: Study in the US. A LAC in Virginia. D3 sports team. Small, but it's a Semi-Target and has strong alumni connections (though I'm not part of greek life). I'd major in Econ and probably have a GPA of about 3.7. I'm completing my freshman year.

Choice 2: Study at UCL in the UK. 3 years BSc in Management Science (it's pretty quantitative) with a minor either in Spanish or Engineering (it's built into the course). Try to get an IB/consulting/high-finance job and after a couple years return to the US for an MBA (to stay). $30-$50k cheaper over three years.

I plan on learning Spanish no matter what (5 on the AP, studied at B2 level this past summer). This is more important for the UK. I am also aware of the compensation difference.

What would you do?
