Got fired from a big4 (as staff level) with bad feedback claiming I work too slow and don't meet the expectations, even though most of my evaluations were good. They also advised me not to go to the competitor. I don't get it. If I'm a bad worker, shouldn't they be happy that I go to the competitor ?
