Biggest blowup/freakout you've witnessed at work.

The title says it all.

For me, I saw a VP (in industry) tell an analyst who was having a mental breakdown in his office that if he knew that she would behave like this at work he would've fired her for cause on the first day, and continued on about how it was childish/immature to bring her personal issues to work. Ended it by pretty much implying that he would make sure that he gave a negative recommendation to any potential employer that contacted the company. Pretty dick move, I think she was dealing with a multitude of health/family issues at home.

Company had paper thin walls, you could pretty much hear everything like he was speaking to you directly.

I had a coworker get fed up and just leave. Never to return back to the office. Just got up, told their boss they had enough, walked out. Never heard from them again, even left their stuff at the desk.

I’ve seen adults just break down crying, that was awkward. Middle of an 8 person discussion, yelling and then broke down crying. I didn’t have much to say.

And finally, one escorted out by security. They got fired and started screaming at everyone, got a bit weird.
