BIWS vs. Accounting Courses at Top 5 B-School?
For IB, do you think it's worth it to take accounting courses when you've already learned it all via BIWS? Is there an advantage taking actual accounting courses in school vs. just learning via BIWS? I just feel like I'm more than enough prepared for the interview and the work after having taken BIWS (up to the adv. modeling) and accounting courses in school are redundant... I might as well just take GPA boosters..
Why not take the accounting courses with the knowledge you've gained from BIWS? It would serve as a discreet alternative to a general GPA booster course and you might learn something.
