Hey guys! I recently got a full-time offer with BlackArch Partners in Charlotte, NC. I've not seen too many posts about them here and was wondering if anyone had any information regarding exit opps (they have a 2-year analyst program) or thoughts on starting a career out of undergrad in Charlotte rather than NYC and in MM.
For context, I'm currently at a target school with a handful of finance interviews coming up. But its late in full-time recruiting season and the BlackArch decision is looming. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
