BMO Capital benefits compared to BB's and top MM's

Hey guys-was wondering if anyone here had any insight as to the perks/benefits as compared to other top MM's and BB's? I know their pay is equal to or above street but im not sure about their perks/benefits.

Thanks

Having a buddy at BMO (Chicago), the intangible perks are slightly better hours on average, some slight relative increase in responsibility compared to BB analysts, and more laid back atmosphere (read: not crazy about facetime). As far as tangible perks, I have not directly asked that question. From our conversations, it would be a stretch to say that pay is 'above street.'

billiamoodydo you have any further insight regarding the intangible perks?

I've heard some pretty bad things about BMO due to lack of resources/budget cut backs. Really not the end of the world, but there is zero color printing in the office, everything is black and white which kind of sucks. Also heard you lack a lot of the resources BBs may have that make your job slightly more enjoyable (putting together books/presentation help/etc).

can anyone verify this? That is just a stark difference from what I have been hearing...

Largely untrue. For main offices, they have back office staff to help with presentations and printing/binding. Color printing goes through the back office though, it's black and white printers in the junior staff pit. In regional offices that don't have dedicated pitch book staff, analysts have to do the books. But the regional offices have access to color printers at any time.

In terms of other benefits, they have pretty standard 5% 401k match that vests immediately. Have a stock repurchase program (15‰ discount) for up to 15% of base salary that also vests immediately (free money).

Yep, dinner and cabs same. Don't have enough data points to know how BMOs medical benefits stack up to other banks.
