I am a Summer Analyst on the team for 2024, they seem like they have a solid culture and great people.

They pay the same as their NY and CHI offices
Same base lower bonus you have to assume if it’s compared to their large cap peers
It depends on the performance of the MM team vs. large cap. In 2021 I believe their MM team performed better and was paid accordingly.
