Seconding this, BMO was a terrible experience. But it was pretty easy to get a return offer and lateral out in my experience to a much better bank where the culture is better and we actually do deals. Every analyst on my team was able to get BB/EB offers so if BMO is your only option, take it. They love their core schools and never open up recruiting so if you're not at a core, hopefully you've been networking. Can PM if you want more info.

How do I even apply to BMO? It doesn't seem like they post openings on their website. I'm at a target school but not one of BMO's core schools so don't think they post on my school's handshake/career portal. Interested in BMO metals & mining.
