BMO SA 2023
I recently got an offer from BMO IBD for Summer 2023 in NYC. I go to a target and only have until 4/18 to decide. I want to work at somewhere else, but do not know if I will get interviews etc anywhere else as they have not started for non diversity/special program hires. Should I take it and roll with it or reject and hope for something else? Heard BMO has been growing a lot as of late, wanted to see if this was truly the case.
