Analysts get paid below market. Think it starts at 60k.
Base for Aso 1 starts at 105k, Aso 2 115k, Aso 3 either 125 or 130.
Bonus is usually bad as well.
Am I missing something how is 60k (£) below market for An1 base
market is 65/70
Thanks for this - unfortunate as one would have expected them to match most of the other banks on the street by now...
Issue is not just the start but the 5k steps per year on that level and generally speaking across ranks the lower Bonus compared to other Banks.
If you can go elsewhere, if you have to choose between French banks only, choose BNP.
GM SA is £70k pro-rata so would be surprised if AN1 is £60k
markets at BNP is one of the best whereas not at all the case for banking
how bad? below 50% for Associates and below 33% for analyst?
Depends on the year and team, but it's definitely happening, yes.
Outside of M&A and ECM, 50% is a distant dream for most people below D there buddy
Never join a French bank unless its your only offer. Shit pay and full of cucks.
