BoAML to Increase Class Size Dramatically, What Does This Make for Buyside Prospects?

This article was on the FT website earlier on, stating BoAML will increase their full-time and summer analyst / associate class sizes for 2015 by 40% after the death of the IB intern in London last summer. What does this mean for BoAML post-analyst employment prospects? The greater number of analysts + associates will obviously make for better hours but will this result in less buyside prospects in comparison to other BB firms continuing the 80-90 hour weeks as it wont involve the same gruelling 2 years?
