Saw a posting pop up for ECM analyst/associate at BofA last week but seemed to be quickly closed. Anyone hear anything from that?

Yes. This role was initially posted a month ago, and, if you check LinkedIn, it was reposted again today. Seems to have gone up and down and up. I don’t have an explanation for it, do you?
I applied to that, and have had a few rounds. Not sure what the new posting means.
Never know with these postings, seems like sometimes they’re not real/reposted for no reason. Hmm I didn’t hear back, who did you meet with?
When did you apply?
I met with some VPs, directors, and MDs over three rounds, most recently this week. Haven’t heard back.

what do you think daily / weekly hours expectations are there? another post mentioned you have to be in your seat by 730am
Hard to say for sure what the culture is like internally. ECM is very seasonal/deal-dependent, so it’s not equally busy all throughout the year. I don’t think 7:30 is a crazy start time for ECM, so maybe 7:30-7:30 M-Th, and 7:30-5:30 on Friday? That’s just a guess. Could be worse during heavy seasons and a bit lighter over the summer.
