I have a full time return offer for one of the top LevFin teams in EMEA (think JPM/DB/GS) but also received a full-time offer for BofA HC. Was wondering if anyone could help me decide between the two as though I enjoy working in LF, I am concerned PE exits will be limited as opposed to an sector team? Plus any thoughts on the team culture, hours, pay is appreciated.
