BofA: Healthcare vs. C&R
Hey Everyone,
The strongest alumni connects I have are from C&R and HC at BofA. Can you guys please speak on any insight you have about these groups. From them I heard you can expect to work long hours in both compared to other coverage groups. How do exit ops and culture compare between the two? From what I have heard C&R is more work hard? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Healthcare historically has been known as a stronger group in terms of exits. I have no idea about the culture in either. Speak to both alumni and get their help securing an interview and getting an offer, then you can worry about group placement.
